Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant

Mercedes-Benz Rive-Sud has an inventory of over 200 pre-owned cars and we are looking for the perfect candidate who has the desire to perform in our pre-owned vehicles department. We are looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant. The candidate is responsible for offering a first-class service to our customers. The candidate must be proactive, autonomous, efficient and have the desire to learn about high-end products. The jobholder strives for excellence, and has strong sales skills.
Main duties
- Respond to customers, put together bids and sell vehicles;
- Achieve goals (volume and CSI);
- Maintain our customer renewal and portfolio;
- Ensure customer retention and follow-up and development processes;
- Follow-up on deliveries.
- Have knowledge and mastery of the manufacturer’s programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle sales;
- Fluently bilingual, spoken and written;
- Honest, professional, structured and courteous;
- Excellent references and demonstrated customer service skills;
- Ability and interest in working in a team environment;
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz’s products, an asset;
- Desire to take on new challenges.
